The body records everything.
The body is an archive. A filter.
A mirror of the subconscious.
Nothing exists without a body to experience existence with.
 
"What do you see when you look at this image? It is inarguably an image mostly of a body, but what most will see from it is not “a body” but rather “a man.” It is obvious that the weight and meaning our bodies carry go far beyond the surface of the skin. It’s rather unfair considering none of us chose to be born with certain bodies. It feels only natural that we try our best to manage these expectations."
