KENEN?COLLECTIVE and The Blue Verve are preparing a unique introspective experience for you on the beloved Helsinki Night of the Arts, on Thursday, 20 August, from 17 to 22 💙
The exhibition takes viewers back six years to the summer of 2020 when the world came to a standstill and felt as if it were ending.

In a time overshadowed by the pandemic, fear, and isolation, as the idea of togetherness turned controversial, Helsinki’s youth found momentary solace from their existential anguish in underground raves that fostered hope in the city’s forests and shorelines.
Paavela’s artworks question what we reveal, what we conceal, and whether gentleness might make emergence possible. Or must every shell open?
Our name reflects the dual forces we cherish: blue - the colour of introspection, melancholy, and strength, and verve - the spirited drive behind every act of creation.
