This open call welcomes works that approach the idea of beginning through emotional, intangible, material, philosophical, or sensory perspectives. We are interested in works that describe awakening, new beginning, transformation, reinvention, a clean slate, or a predisposition that opposes starting afresh.

The Blue Verve Art Gallery invites proposals for solo exhibitions for 2026 and 2027. We welcome artists from all disciplines and backgrounds to present their work in our professionally curated space in Helsinki’s Design District.
The Blue Verve is a newly opened contemporary art gallery grounded in care, artistic spirit, and curatorial integrity. We’re here to support artists, inspire people, and create a space for meaningful encounters with contemporary art.
